Terms of use

Relay is a self-hosted project board developed and operated by RelayPM. This website describes the product and its verification process. Public registration is not currently available.

Accounts and project access

Use accurate contact details that you control. Keep verification codes, account sessions, and access tokens private. A verified account does not provide access to any project until its owner grants permission. Use only projects and information that you are authorized to access.

SMS verification

Selecting Send SMS code in a Relay workspace requests a transactional verification message. Each resend requires a separate request. No marketing messages are sent through this program. Carrier message and data rates may apply. Delivery depends on the messaging provider and your mobile network; it is not guaranteed.

Acceptable use

Do not request codes for someone else's number, attempt to bypass access controls, misuse other people's data, or disrupt the service. Accounts and messaging may be restricted to prevent abuse.

Availability and support

Relay is in private setup and features may change. Workspace availability depends on its host and operator. For support, account questions, or unexpected SMS messages, contact support@relaypm.ai.
